🔄 Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
A return request must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.


📸 Proof Required
Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue.
Claims without proof may not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or wear & tear
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Products without original packaging


💸 Refund Policy
Once the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, replacement, or bank transfer, depending on the situation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.


🚚 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping will be covered by Zam Zam Gift Center.
For other approved returns, the customer may bear the return shipping cost.


⏳ Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

No refunds for change of mind or color/design preference.
